On my site, top bar went missing

It still shows because of the cache. Once logged in, menu is not showing, also can check without cache using URL https://carshade4you.com?no_cache=1
On the widget page, I have the following errors

Any idea how to get it back?

Is the area managed from AppearanceWidgets? If so, have you perhaps tried installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ ?
Thanks for the reply. I tried that, but that did not fix it. I ended up adding it again in the widget. The issue is resolved now.
