Site Title not beside menu

I have chosen to put logo in the menu (I am just using the site title for now). When I am logged in and working on my site (In Live Editor Mode), I can see the site title to the left of the menu buttons, but when I go to view my site, its not there. If I hover over the area it should appear, there is a link to click but no text. I have cleared Cache to see if that was the problem with no luck.
