Site Pack Install Issues

Hello, I am trying to install any of the Themes in the Site Packs. I have tried Vantage, Origami Baseline, etc. I continue to receive errors when trying to make site changes. The Site Test shows a wpcom connection error. Jetpack is automatically installed and will not let me make changes without errors. When I select change theme the currently installed them is greyed out and will not let me select Info or Customize. So I obviously have an issue with my install. I would like to use your theme, but need assistance making it work.

    Hi Mike,

    Can you please show me a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving and what you see when you view the themes page? Please note that our support forum doesn’t support attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third-party image hosting site like Imgur.

    Jetpack isn’t required by any of our site packs so consider removing that plugin to see if that helps.
