Site Origin Theme doesn’t have a stylesheet.css

I have downloaded a site origin theme and when I upload it to wordpress, it says that it doesn’t have a style sheet.
What should I do?

I have compressed the file and uploaded it. When I try to upload it in my server administration settings, it won’t let me extract the file.

What should I do?

    Influence Plus is a plugin. Please, install the ZIP file from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Activate. For further instructions, please consult the original download email.
