Site Origin Hero – Text not responsive

I am using the Site Origin Hero image widget, and the text will only remain responsive with 0 padding, and if the text is aligned in the center.

I would like the text left alligned, and centered in the middle of the image (not all the way on the top of the image.)

I’ve tried adding custom css padding, but it creates extra rows at the bottom of the image.
