    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ethann,

Can you confirm you’re using the latest version? Version 1.7.1. Also, do you have a URL where we can see the issue?

    Hi, I Work Here

From the looks of things, there’s a Javascript error coming from another plugin/component.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Hi, I have the same problem. The maps is just white – at the backend I can see a preview of the map.
I located a conflict with the Google Translator Plugin “Google Website Translator by Prisna.net”. I tried alternatives but it always the same problem: When I activate a translation tool, the map is hidden. When I deactivate the translation tool, it will be displayed.

Could you help me, because I haven“t found an alternative and I really need both functions: maps AND translation. :)

    Thank you for your help!

i think its conflicting with my theme because the map is displaying fine on default twenty fifteen theme So maybe its theme related issue.

    Hello
I’m experiencing the same difficulty. I have entered API key. Map does not show in preview or on site http://www.silliebillie.com. It’s a very simple site at present, built using Generate Press theme, Pagebuilder and SiteOrigin widgets bundle 1.7.1. Never had this problem before.
