Site Origin Button no longer works after Update

Hi,
After the update to 1.8.3, site origin buttons no longer work. IE tells me I need an application to launch the action (essentially go to the page).
In my button parameters, the URL link that the button setup generates does provide a ‘Post ***’ link rather than a URL, but it has always been that way (As I’m sure you are aware).
