Site orgin contact form

Hi,
I am having a hard time figuring this out. So I have the site orgin contact form on the front of my website www.idahostonecrafters.com which works when I do test emails to check if its working.

The problem i am having is with the site orgin form on my “contact us” page. It is the exact same form setup the same way as the front page form but it will not work????

I am unsure as to what would cause this type of issue.

Please Help!!

    Hi Barry

    Thanks for the long wait.

    On a side note, I see the social button icons aren’t showing on your contact page: http://idahostonecrafters.com/contact-us/. You can fix that by going to SettingsGeneral and making the WordPress and Site URL the same. At the moment, one has htttp://www and other doesn’t. If you choose either www or no www and then make both URLS the same, the icon issue will resolve.

    Could your contact form problem be Spam related? Perhaps check your Spam folder.

    Another thing to try is the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/. WP Mail SMTP will let you send mails using your own email service. Doing this often solves Spam related issues.

    Greg you are Awesome!

    I just posted a thread asking about my site icons. I will go and do that right now Thank you So Much For Your Help!!

    Now does this effect anything by having the urls the same? What would the reason be for having them different?

    As far as the contact form I actually got it to start working. It was an small issue with the hosting service which they have fixed. I have been receiving emails to my inbox.
