Hi! I’ve installed Vantage Premium and have unexpected changes on the first page of my site:
1) Site header has disappeared
2) Navigation menu, which was one line, changed to two lines. And it does not look good.
How can I return to the previous look.

I have just looked at your site and everything seems to be in place from my end.
Please perform the following steps:
1. If you use a cache plugin please empty and disable it for now.
2. Please clear your browser cache.
3. Finally perform a cache busting reload > Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R

It did not help :( I still don’t see the header. It has been in a grey area above navigation menu before. And now no grey area, no header, no header widget.
My main browser is Safari. But I tried also Google Chrome and Mozilla on other computer. All show the same: no site header.
Good news is that other browsers than Safari display the navigation menu correctly: one line instead of two that I see in Safari. But anyway I wish to return to the previous picture I’ve seen before upgrade.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

I succeeded to fix my problem. I changed an option in Theme Settings from “Logo in menu” to “Default Masthead”. And now the site looks as before. Sorry I did not figure that out earlier.
