My website from time to time returning the error code. “internal server error” I think constantly working to verify the order code. But in this case, as the slowdown in the system, causing both to fail. Could you please find a solution?

A temporary solution would be to navigate to Settings > General in your WordPress admin. Then remove your order number from under “Vantage Order Code”. This will stop Vantage from checking our servers for an update. You’d then need to update the theme manually by redownloading it from your original order email.
Vantage should only be checking for an update (it only verifies your order number if there’s an update available). But it’s possible that because the check is never completing, it’s just trying over and over again.
My only thought is that your servers request timeout is shorter than the timeout given to the remote fetch call. Our update servers are hosted on Google App Engine which has a global CDN, so it should be quite fast (our logs say the average response time is 0.4 seconds).
