I have installed both Simple membership and Page Builder plugins. Simple Membership provides protection of posts and pages based on membership level. The protection works for all my posts, and all my pages EXCEPT those that use Page Builder. Can you help me identify the problem and a possible fix or workaround?
Thanks
Main menu has two picks: Page with Page Builder and Page without Page Builder
Picking Page with Page Builder allows page to be displayed, picking Page without Page Builder displays the please login message.
The only difference is that Page with Page Builder has a row defined with a Visual Editor widget.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Fred

There is a problem with Page Builder and all membership plugins that block content. Page Builder doesn’t store content in the same place as regular content in the Visual/Text tabs. This is the reason. We have a work around for WP Members. This was meant to be worked into Page Builder 2.0, I just haven’t had the chance to test it just yet. If you’d like to consider trying WP Members perhaps you can let me know.

Alternatively you could ask Simple Membership to take a look at the problem and perhaps offer a solution.

Well, that explains A LOT. Here I am, 39 weeks pregnant, crying my eyes out, desperately trying to figure out WHY none of these membership plugins are working to set up a membership site so that our family can keep up with our VERY soon-to-be born child …and it’s because of your plugin?!? That you haven’t tested it yet?!?

I’ve tried 4 different membership plugins and was *this* close to buying one tonight before I found this. WOW. I’m astounded. Now I get to go rebuild my site with another theme AND reinstall/configure my membership plugin. At least I found it now before I wasted any more time with this.

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Lotta

We’ve included the WP Members fix into the Page Builder core so hiding content for members only should now work.

If you need any further help with this, please open a new thread and we’ll help out there.
