Sidebar underneath blog posts

Hi,
I’m having the same issue as these people: https://siteorigin.com/thread/sidebar-shows-at-bottom-of-blog-page-why/ where the sidebar behaves fine on all pages except the blog (under “news” on my site) where it sits beneath the blog posts.
I can’t find either of the thread hijackers own posts from the link above, nor a solution to the issue, so I’m posting here.
Any ideas?

    Hi Isaac

    Thanks for your thread. We’ll have this sorted in Page Builder 2.0 which is due to launch a little later this year.

    For now you could fix by inserting the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    .blog.siteorigin-panels #primary {
float: left;
width: 70%;
}
