Set the position of menu bar

I am using the vantage theme now, I want to move the menu bar under the slider, is there any solutions?

Thanks for reaching out.
There aren’t any solutions from within Vantage but you can try the following child theme:
https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/vantage-child-slider-before-menu.zip
Download the ZIP to your desktop and install from Appearance >Themes > Add New: Upload Theme.
