Run jQuery function for new repeater item.

I am using the

panelsopen
event to run my function. I run into an issue when the field I am trying to modify is in a repeater.
panelsopen
is not triggered when a new repeater item is created. I have to either add a new widget or save the page for my function to work.

Any solution?
