I installed WordPress with Vantage template, what do I need to modify its direction to be RTL?

The bad news is that there is currently no RTL stylesheet for Vantage. You can still give it a try though but it might be best to try find a theme that fits your needs with RTL support.
Changing the wplang variable in your WordPress wp-config.php to a rtl language should automatically change the text direction.
