    Is the error occurring with all plugins except for SiteOrigin CSS temporarily deactivated?

    Plug-ins are not deactivated. I downloaded Site Origin Page Builder and OceanWP v3.3.6. I never downloaded SiteOrigin CSS

    Does the “RSS Error: WP HTTP Error” persist if you temporarily deactivate Page Builder?

    Sorry, yes deactivate Site Origin Page Builder there is still an error

    Perhaps try to find a working baseline. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen?
