Rows not working on my template page

Im using a basic theme twentywelve, And i just create a new page using page builder with a 2 row . its not working.. can anyone help me to findout?

    Hi Krystel

    It looks likes you have two rows rendering at the moment. The first row contains your images and the second row your buttons. When you say that it’s not working, please explain exactly what’s happening and we’ll try help out.
