Row style options are different on different sites

Hi, I have a few different sites and I use the Site Origin builder on all of them, however I have noticed on one of my sites the row style options are different to the rest, my normal set of row styles are:

Attributes
Layout
Design

The site that is different has:

Attributes
Theme
Layout

The Layout and Attributes tabs contain the same options across both sites however the Design and Theme tabs while similar aren’t exactly the same.

I have everything updated properly on both sites, I was hoping somebody could tell me which one is the correct version or if it is a setting I have somehow changed on one of the sites.
