I have an issue with a shortcode not appearing on a site I’m working on. My clients use this shortcode a lot, it’s a RewardStyle shortcode that looks something like this:
[show_shopthepost_widget id=”12345678″]
I was all set to start using PageBuilder, but if this shortcode doesn’t work it may be a dealbreaker for a majority of the clients I work on.
I’ve done some research and I’ve even tried using the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget as some have mentioned with no luck.
I’m not seeing any errors, the area where this shortcode should display is just blank/empty.
I know the shortcode works because I test it on another post that doesn’t use PageBuilder and just insert it into the content window and it displays on the front end.
Any ideas on how to get this to work?
Have you tried using the html version of the shop the post widget instead of the shortcode? (Available by selecting “Other” as the platform when creating the code)
