WordPress will show all available revisions and if a revision listed isn’t listed, it’s been removed. Unfortunately , there is no way to recover these once they’re removed outside of storing a full backup. I suspect your hosting provider (or a performance plugin) has implemented a maximum revision amount. I would ask your hosting provider about this.
