    When I enter the order number it prompts me to update the theme to version 2.4.4 which doesn't seem to exist. I have checked your site as well as WordPress and the current version to download is 1.4.4. Thoughts?

    1.xx is our free version, 2.xx is our premium version. We use 1 to denote free and 2 to denote premium. Perhaps we can take a quick look? Instructions to follow:

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Yes. The dns name is being used by a live Google site currently. In order to display the site using WordPress we had to edit the host file to trick the system. Would it be possible for you to send me the 2.4.4 zip file so we can load it on the system to see if that fixes the problem?
