Restoring Updraftplus Backup.

Been 10 days past, trying many times restoring from my updraftplus backup without success. Got Updraftplus and Hosting provider technical support to investigate without any answer to the non display of the restore contents.

I have check file manager, the site contents are there, but it’s just not displaying live.

I have a premium account.

Desperately hoping to resolve this uegently. Site is down since January 8 2018.
