Responsiveness of rows with text/ pictures/ videos

Hello there,
we are pretty new to Page Builder (we love it!) and we’re experiencing difficulties in how the layout of some rows is showing on different devices: firstly Mac vs Windows and also on ipad/ mobiles. We also can’t get our head around the options of having the rows on “Full width” and “Full width stretched”: we understand “Full width stretched” means that the row background and its content will stretch for the entirety of the browser and should we want to have some margin left and right, we’ll then add padding. Does that mean that using “Full width stretched” with padding it would yield basically the same thing as per “Full width”? In any case, we’ve tried either options on some of our pages but the layout doesn’t seem to be responsive. Here are some screenshots of one of our pages:

By the way this page has Vimeo videos in it, but we’re getting the same issue also in other rows where there are images/ text only.

Any ideas?
