responsiveness of my site

Hi there!
Even though I had paid close attention to creating a responsive site, still when I open it on my phone it glitches a bit. I am using an iphone 11. I logged it in my tab and it worked fine. Is there any way I can fix this with minimal effort? For some reason it only occurs on a singular page. Here is the URL: Private Snippet
