Responsive Theme does not look like the “picture” of the home page on wordpress

Hi,
I am trying to bulid a new site (in a sub folder on Godaddy, so my current site will stay live) and when I preview the site in wordpress, it does not look like the temple I down loaded? Is this because of the sub folder?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Vantage seems to be loading correctly when I view the site now. Is it only using the Preview button in WordPress that’s causing a problem? Or has it perhaps resolved?
