Responsive Lightbox By dFactory And Page Builder

By k, 8 years ago. Last reply by k, 8 years ago.

Hi!
I´ve been using Responsive Lightbox By dFactory because it is suggested many times in these forum threads as a working solution. And it did. Till now…
The thing is, I had a need to insert a few more single images yesterday and when I got back to my project today, I found that those single images all have “lightbox” as a caption (the same “lightbox” I am inserting as a rel attribute). And I am quite sure (not 100% but quite) that it was not there before. I believe there were no captions shown at all.
I can not find out how did it get to take that place?

The same thing is mentioned here in the end but there the thread ends as well:

Unfortunately I am still on localhost and this is why I can not provide any link or access. I am using Vantage theme and Page Builder. Images are inserted from PageBuilder Editor.

Was there ever a solution to get it right? Or maybe there is another lightbox plugin which is known to work well? There is really a jungle of plugins out there and it is very hard to find one that pleases the eye. dFactory plugin has several options to choose the look and I like the TosRUs script very much. I have found few more threads with same problem here and there but there is never a solution unfortunately.

Just tested a bit more – uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled, went through all the scripts to see if any other does the same. Only the TosRUs does- other seem to work well. I don´t know if I should better ask from dFactory about this….

    Sorry, me again.
Found it – it is not just rel=”lightbox” but data-rel=”lightbox” that is needed for single images.
