Responsive layout not working

10 years ago · Last reply by Support Assistants 10 years ago

Hello, I use Vantage Premium with responsive layouts on various sites, but on one of the sites, http://3mb.uk.com , the responsive layout isn’t working on mobile devices. Is this due to 3rd party plugins?

Thanks!

    Hi Peer

The responsive layout on the home page appears to be working properly for me. Is it just not working on a specific page?

Hi Greg, it’s on all pages and I get the full width menu, rather than the mobile menu

I should add, this is on a cell phone. I just noticed that when I make my browser real narrow, it is responsive (if that makes any sense)

Aaah, thanks for the extra info. I'll test on a mobile simulator.

As a quick test, can you see if disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins helps?

I tried, and on my iPhone I still get the full width menu

    Hi Peer

The challenge is your website is being loaded in something called a frameset. To put this context, please, see the first answer here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14778378/responsive-design-and-viewport-not-working-through-domains-frameset that starts with “”SOLVED – I have found a solution”.

Do you perhaps host with the same company as the answer above? Might that solution work for you?
