Responsible YouTube video with no related videos at the end.

I am trying to get a YouTube video to play on a widget on my page buit with PageBuilder with ?rel=0 but I am getting the related videos at the end.

This is what I am using on my page:

I´ve tried the Video Widget, the text widget with the iframe code I´ve got from YouTube and also the Editor with the YouTube Widget, none of them respected the &rel=0 part of the URL.

How can I get this to work?
