Removing image border/Centering text

Hi, I am not using one of your themes. I do want to know how to insert styles into the rows or widgets. I have tried various combinations of code I know to no avail. For a specific example I can do this manually with html:

“Enhancing Your Revenue Cycle Management”

This will center the headline above the image as well as center the image and make the image border “0”.

How is this accomplished using Page Builder? How do you insert the style attributes to make it appear like this.

I cannot get the text centered or the image border to “0” using page builder. Thank you for your time.
