Remove white space between boom bar and background image

There is about 25px of white space that I cannot seem to remove below my ithemes boom bar. The boom bar is at the top of the website page. I can’t tell if the margin belongs to the boom bar or the background image below it. I have entered the following custom css, which decreased the space a little.
