Remove Spaces In Between Rows In Page Builder

Ive looked at a few solutions to remove ‘Remove Spaces In Between Rows In Page Builder’ the last being one from Andrew about a year ago, however i’m not having much luck removing the whitespace/padding. Page Builder Row(s)
