Remove “Powered by WordPress” on mobile devices

Hi,
I need to remove the “”Powered by WordPress”” slogan from my website on mobile devices. I use the Vantage free theme. Can you please help?
The slogan only shows on mobile devices. I also need to remove the WordPress Logo from admin toolbar or possibly remove the toolbar entirely both on mobile devices and PC browsers.
