Remove comment field

Hello! I have built my site, but struggling to get removed comment field/form that comes automatically on all sides I made. I do not know how to remove it. I’ve made private contact form and when I put it on your contact page, it comes both it and comment fields/form. I want to remove the comment field where I it is not seem appropriate. How do I do this?
