reducing white space between menu bar and first row of page content

Have tried every suggested fix, including some custom css ideas, and still cannot reduce the white spacing between the bottom of the menu bar and the top of the first row of page content. The row edit tools do not seem to address this as the option I have is for an overall padding adjustment.

    Please try adding the following to your custom CSS

    article.page .entry-header {
        margin-bottom: 0px !important;
    }
