Reducing Footer Size

Hi, I’ve got my main footer with my copyright in, but I added in another footer above with my social media widgets and I want to decrease the space underneath them.
I’ve googled loads of different css codes for this but can’t seem to find any that do what I want so far.

Not sure if it helps, but I’m using theme Sydney.
