Recent Posts Extended widget used to work, but no longer does.

Hi,
My site is on the Genesis framework – Eleven40 Pro theme.

The Recent Posts Extended widget used to work, but no longer does, any ideas why? I have customized it and it has worked for the past three months or so, but suddenly does not!

On the home page of my site the widget should be displaying just above the footer under the heading, Take a Peek:
