Receiving error when trying to change the background

I received and internal when I try to change the back. I am using the vantage premium theme. Is this a problem that I can go and fix in the database?

    Hi riasage,

    Can you confirm that you’re running the latest version of Vantage Premium? You should be running version 2.3.3. To check, navigate to Appearance > Themes, hover over Vantage Premium and click Theme Details.

    Can you also try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins to check if this fixes the issue? If so, then you can reenable your plugins one by one until the issues comes back. This will help you diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    If all this doesn’t help, can you try get the error message that’s coming up for this error from your web hosts. This will help us diagnose what’s happening.
