Is there a way to show my posts randomly on my homepage.
At the moment always the newest post is shown first.

Unfortunately, this isn’t directly possible without custom coding. I would recommend replacing the standard home page with a custom Post Loop widget which easily allows you to do this. Please create a new page (this will be your new home page) and enable Page Builder on it. Add a Post Loop Widget and open it. Open the Post Query and set the Order By Setting to Random Order and then save the page.
Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsReading and set your Frontpage to display as a Static Page. Then set the Homepage drop down to your newly created home page, then save. How does that look?
