I would like to ask some questions (preferably in private) about the help I can expect if I go premium which as I can imagine also depends on the amount I pay. I could not find a direct e-mail on this page so can one of the developpers contact me about this?

    Purchase price only has an effect on support prioritisation, there is no difference in the premium product itself.
