questions about premium service

hai, i am working on a website using siteorigin north theme. i have zero background on html, coding or any programming background, simply just googling my way to make a website running.

my question is, if i were to upgrade to a premium service,

1) is the automatic removing of siteorigin attribution permanent even after my 1 year subscription ends, or is it based on an on-going renewal of yearly premium subscription?

2) i have a few modifications that i would like to have on my web, but have no clue on how to customise on my child theme using php. would you be able to offer me help on the coding to my problem? basically, 2 things i would like to customise.
a) i would like to remove product short description, add to cart button and size dropdown list when stock is 0 (out of stock) and replace that with an image from media uploaded in wordpress.
b) by default, on siteorigin north checkout page, the customer details and shipping details are on the right column while the order review is on the left with the pay now button. i would like to change their position with the order review and pay now button on the right and the customer details and shipping details on the left.

With these 2 questions in mind, can i get help from you guys? if yes, i would definitely love to subscribe to your premium service.

thank you.

best regards,
andrew

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Raharjoandrew

    Thanks for reaching out.

    1. Cancelling your subscription means you don’t receive SiteOrigin Premium plugin updates or be eligible for premium support. It won’t change existing functionality though. The plugin and addons will remain in place. They’ll continue to work as long as an update isn’t required from our side, perhaps for new WordPress version compatibility.

    2. Our support offering doesn’t cover custom development. If you hire a developer from a site like Codeable we can certainly offer advice but aren’t able to do the development work for you. There might be plugin solutions to your questions for a. and b. but I don’t believe those two items can be done from within the WooCommerce or North options.

For b. you can try adding the following to AppearanceCustom CSS, you might have to first install SiteOrigin CSS:

    /* WooCommerce */.woocommerce form.woocommerce-checkout .checkout-details {    padding-right: 30px;    float: left;}.woocommerce form.woocommerce-checkout .order-details {    float: right;}

    Hai Andrew,

I guess I would need to do some more researching by my own on how to go about replacing product content with an image when product goes out of stock.

    Thanks for your help anyway!

    Regards,
    Andrew
