Put a hyperlink terms and condition to to the siteorigin form

I know this question has been asked before, but I did not see any clear resolution to getting this accomplished.
I would like to have a sireorigin form checkbox value linked to the AUP of my website. Please can you advice how to obtain this?

I am using the vantage theme

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you.

    We recommend using Codeable. You’ll be able to hire someone at an hourly rate to do this work for you.
