How to provide best info on plugin conflicts?

My site (on Godaddy managed WordPress) is using the PressApps Knowledge Base plugin (info: https://codecanyon.net/item/knowledge-base-helpdesk-wiki-wordpress-plugin/5758910?s_rank=5 )

We have started using Site Origin to create the Knowledge Base articles (a custom post type).

However, when we update an article to start using Site Origin, it breaks the knowledge base categories listing. Instead of giving the categories list, it immediately presents the last article (in that category) that was converted to use Site Origin.

Example, on this page: https://villagecore.org/resources/
if you click on the “Mental Health” category, it lists the 2 articles in that category.
However, if you click on “Nutrition”, it says there are 2 articles, but it immediately lists the content of the article that had been converted with Site Origin.

I have turned on debugging, but didn’t see anything in the log that looked at all useful, just this line:
PHP Notice: is_search was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.0.) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas14_data02/14/3165514/html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4139

We have been fixing it by recreating the pages from scratch, but every so often it crops up again.

Is there any way to provide better info that could help diagnose odd but reproduceable situations like this?
