Project images not showing in project pages

Hello. When I created my project pages, the featured images could be seen. Somehow, they disappeared. Is there a way of bringing them back?

Also, is there a way where I can better control the project excerpts? I want only a few lines on the front page, but a better description on the project page.

    Hi Nadia

    Please head to Dashboard and ensure no updates are pending. Next try temporarily disabling all non-SiteOrgin plugins and see if the issue resolves. If it doesn’t I’m afraid the work around for now will be to add your first image to the project as a Gallery, even if it’s just one image. This is a repetition if it’s the same as the Featured Image – apologies.

    The Excerpt field does work on my side. Click Screen Options top right of any single project page in WorderPress, click the Excerpt checkbox. Then scroll down to the Excerpt field and fill it in.
