Hello, I have a problem with SiteOrigin Page Builder Widget since a few days.
Images inserted in the editor widget are not visible in the backend.
The widget Hero is also not visible in the backend.

Why is that? What can I do?

    Hi Manu

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hello,

I tried what you wrote. There is no change. In the frontend all pictures remain disappeared.

I don’t have a SiteOrigin theme I have the Panoramic theme from Out the Box.

Thanks for your help I will now also contact the theme developer.

    Hi Manu

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Thanks

This ist a Post builded with SiteOrigin Editor with some Images include and the SiteOrigin Hero Widget. You can’t see the Images.

    Thanks for the link.

There are JavaScript errors present in the console. If you’d like to view those, you could do so by following these steps.

Most likely a plugin or plugins isn’t working correctly with Autoptimize (AO), here is the same page without AO in use: https://chain-elle.de/fuenf-fragen-im-juli?ao_noptimize=1. You can see the images load correctly. The issue might be with the Woo Gutenberg Block, I’m not sure. AO has a few settings available so you could try and disable some of the functionality and see if that helps. We, unfortunately, aren’t able to directly assist in troubleshooting this problem.

    Thank you very much.
Now I knew what I it is and what I can do. I change the settings in AO to Java Script and everything ist OK again.
