problems getting premium version of vantage theme

Today I payed $20 for the Premium version of Vantage Theme.

My PayPal account says that everything is fine with the payment, but I don’t get any order number or download.

I tried several times to enter my email adress in your site (https://siteorigin.com/orders/) as suggested by WordPress, but still I didn’t get anything on my email. I also checked my spam, nothing.

Can you please help me!
