Problems after updating Site Origin Page builder & Widget Bundle Plugins

Dear Team,
I want to raise a serious issue which I have been facing since last few plugin updates. Every time I update the site origin official plugins the builder creates issues such as below
1) Previously applied animations don’t work.
2) CSS applied inside the CSS Style section of the row gets vanished. I have to re-apply them and update all pages.

What can be the cause of this? Let’s investigate to get this fixed and make this amazing tool better.
