problem with visual sitebuilder from SiteOrigin

We have a problem with the sitebuilder. When we change content in the visual editor and we go back to the standard visuale editor all content delete on that webpage. What;s wrong with the plugin?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    On any given page you can manage content in either the Visual/Text tabs OR in the Page Builder page, but not both. Hopefully I’m understanding your question.

    If you need a Visual Editor widget for Page Builder use either:

    1. The SiteOrigin Editor widget, part of our Widgets Bundle: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/
    2. Or the stand alone Visual Editor widget: https://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/
