Problem with upload of new themes

Hello.
I’m sorry for my english but I’m Italian.
I have a problem with upload of new theme with WordPress.
The assistance of the site where I bought the domain wrote me that the problem is in SiteOrigin plugin. I haven’t the ‘add’ button in themes so I can’t upload new theme. How can I do to upload new theme?

    Hi Simone,

    Who are you hosted with? To clarify, we don’t make any changes to the add theme functionality so I suspect your hosting provider may have indirectly put restrictions on your website to prevent you from uploading themes.

    You can verify we’re not at fault by navigating to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and temporarily disabling SiteOrigin page Builder. If the Add Themes button returns after disabling Siteorigin page Builder, we’re causing the issue (in which case we’ll look into this asap), if it doesn’t, something else is.

    Thanks Alex, I found the solution to my problem. I’m using the wordpress multisite setting so I must add a new theme in another place. I clik on management network, in this pages I upload a new theme and I activete the theme for the network. Then I can use the Theme.
