Problem with snapshot plus

Hi team,
I have problem with your theme.
Excatly, when I add plugin and turn on, and it doesn’t work.
I still have “Only available in Snapshot Plus – Upgrade Now”.
I tried add plugin in wordpress admin and ftp client.

My wordpress: 4.0.1

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    When you go to Plugins, is Snapshot Plus listed there?

    Did you try install the ZIP via Plugins > Add New: Upload ZIP too?

    Yes, I tried and via ftp client too. I don’t have any plugin caching, so I don’t have idea, what it’s wrong.

    I’m having the same problem – or I had on the “gallery” a large image with slider but it never changed, even when
    I post several images and movies.

    Hi Wojciech

    Sorry, not sure what’s happening there. We do sometimes see caching happening at a hosting level that can cause issues. Some hosts give you the option to manually purge.
