Problem with responsive picture positioning

Hello,

I’m a novice in website work, but am using the Vantage theme to build a website for my ministry and find it mostly very easy to navigate.

So far, the forum here on SiteOrigin has many solutions to my many problems but now have one that I cannot seem to solve.

Problem:
I have a picture on my homepage that I would like to load from right to left, rather than from left to right.
Currently, you can see the left side of the picture whether you access the site from a mobile device or are using a 2400px monitor (which then loads the full picture).

Question:
The responsive template is great, however, I would prefer the mobile version start with the right side of the picture rather than the left.
How can I change this for all devices, including smaller monitors and tablets?
